Free agent Alejandro Berenguer has been offered to Roma.

The Spanish attacker is being linked with a move to Roma in light of his recent departure from Athletic Club Bilbao.

After four years in the Basque region, Berenguer is ready to return to Serie A.

The ex-Torino man is coming off an impressive season in La Liga with 7 goals and 4 assists to his name.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Berenguer’s priority is to make his return to Italy and one of the first teams he approached in free agency is Roma.

The Giallorossi were reportedly offered Berenguer’s services as chances of seeing him renew his contract at Athletic appear to be slim to none.
