RomaPress – The ten-month long negotiations between James Pallotta and Dan Friedkin for the sale of AS Roma continue.
Yesterday, Friedkin met with his legal team and gave them the green light to present a new, formal offer to Pallotta and his New York-based legal adviser, DLA Piper — a law firm that the Bostonian has used previously, namely attorney Peter White.
Friedkin’s lawyer are sending the formal offer and a letter of intent to Pallotta today and they expect a response within 3 business days.
The Friedkin Group want to close the deal for the Giallorossi quickly while Pallotta is also keen to find an agreement for the sale by the middle of August to ensure there is plenty of time for him to depart before the New Year.
