Friedkin-Roma meeting concludes for the day

RomaPress – After nearly 9 hours and a day filled with meetings, the advisors from The Friedkin Group have departed Roma’s headquarters and returned to their hotel.

The parties are continuing talks for the sale of AS Roma to Dan Friedkin, CEO of The Friedkin Group. Marc Watts, the president of The Friedkin Group, was at the Giallorossi’s EUR headquarters all-day and took part in all of the various meetings throughout the day — which also included lawyers from The Friedkin Group (who joined via teleconference) and Studio Tonucci, as well as representatives from JP Morgan.

The sale of the club is tentatively stated to close next week as the two sides continue to work on the closing of the operation and the final details.
