Details regarding Paulo Dybala’s sudden decision to leave Roma have emerged in Argentine media.

Argentine journalist Cesar Luis Merlo explained the reasons for Dybala’s sudden change of heart in a video on his person YouTube account.

During the broadcast, Merlo suggests the reason for Dybala’s decision stems from Daniele De Rossi’s tactical choices.

“In recent days, Daniele De Rossi told Paulo Dybala that he would have a more relegated role because he saw Matías Soulé performing very well in that position,” said Merlo. “And that led to Dybala giving the green light to Saudi Arabian club.”

Merlo adds that contact between Dybala’s entourage and Al Qadsiah first came about three months ago.

Over time, the Saudi club formulated a very convincing offer that eventually found its way onto Dybala’s table.

Thus, Dybala is now on the verge of making a career altering choice while Roma negotiate the final fee with Al Qadsiah just days away from kick-off to the new season.
