Former Roma boss Jose Mourinho is being linked with a future back in the English Premier League.
Sources from England claim the Special One is being eyed as a potential replacement of Sean Dyche once the Friedkin Group complete Everton’s takeover.
According to footballinsider247.com, Dan Friedkin is personally pushing for a reunion with Mourinho with whom he worked between 2021 and 2024.
Mourinho is currently in charge of Fenerbahce but is apparently a strong option for the Meyerside club in case Dyche’s departure were to be formalized in the coming months.
Dyche is rumored to be on his way out after a poor start to the season which sees Everton in the relegation zone.
