Roma have reportedly joined a long list of clubs interested in Celtic Glasgow man Matt O’Riley.

The England-born Danish midfielder is said to be a target for the Giallorossi who continue their search for summer reinforcements.

One of the areas of the pitch Roma are prioritizing is the midfield which in Daniele De Rossi’s opinion demands more depth.

Roma seem to be targeting midfielders with technique and goal-scoring abilities and O’Riley certainly fits the bill.

The midfielder is coming off a very impressive season with Celtic, finishing the campaign with 18 goals and 16 assists in all competitions.

The 23-year-old, reports Sky Sports UK journalist Lyall Thomas, is being pursued by Roma as well as clubs in Premier League, Bundesliga and La Liga.
