Roma are closing in on Kevin Danso from Lens as their next reinforcement.

With only 8 days until the end of the transfer window, Roma do not intend to slow down in their pursuit of more signings.

The defense is one of the departments that needs further reinforcements, and Kevin Danso stands out among the most likely names.

According to French news portal RMC Sport, the negotiation between Lens and Roma for Kevin Danso is close to a positive conclusion.

The Austrian defender seems to have been persuaded by the project illustrated by Florent Ghisolfi, making himself available for the transfer to the Italian capital.

However, other clubs, including a German team, have also shown interest in Danso and are still awaiting a definitive response from the player.

French journalist Sebastien Denis of footmercato adds that Roma have offered €20 million for the Austrian centreback and an agreement could be sealed for €23 million net.
