Spanish outlet Sport has reported that Carles Pérez will not travel to Rome tomorrow to complete his move to the Giallorossi as there are still details left to be solved.
Reportedly, the Blaugrana are insisting on a buyback clause being inserted into the operation — something they have been doing consistently for many of their young players. For the moment, though, Roma have rejected any buyback clause being included in the deal.
Barcelona have informed Arturo Canales, the agent of the attacker, that they haven’t accepted the current terms of the transfer and will not permit the player to carry out a medical visit with the Giallorossi.
The Spanish side are only willing to let Pérez leave the club if there is a buyback option. Canales will meet with Barcelona tomorrow to try and unlock the situation.
