From Spain: Diogo Dalot set to join Roma in the summer

Portuguese full-back Diogo Dalot is reportedly nearing a switch to the capital club according to reports from Spain.

In fact, sports outlet todofichajes claims that Dalot will likely depart Old Trafford in June in favour of the Giallorossi.

The player has been in contact with Jose Mourinho who has specifically requested the 22-year-old whom he coached during his time with the Red Devils.

The deal could be sealed for a reported fee of €10 million, with the player agreeing to earn around €2 million with a four-year contract.

Dalot had already been linked with Roma in January but Ralf Rangnick’s arrival at Old Trafford put a momentary halt to the Portuguese international’s exit.
