Marash Kumbulla has made a positive impression on his new team.

Since joining Espanyol on loan from Roma in August, the Albanian centreback has been able to confirm his place consistently in the Spanish side’s starting eleven.

So far, Kumbulla scored one goal in 8 games, playing every minute available since he arrived in Barcelona.

The former Hellas Verona player reached his peak in the last round before the break, scoring in the 2-1 win against Mallorca and giving three important points to the team coached by González, who were able to bounce back after 3 consecutive defeats.

As Sport.es writes, the 24-year-old has pleasantly surprised everyone and it is therefore not impossible to imagine a proposal for a permanent signings from the Spaniards in the coming months if his performances remain at their current level.
