Roma are looking at Rodrigo Riquelme of Atletico Madrid as a possible summer reinforcement.
The Spanish winger is one of the capital club’s objectives ahead of next season.
In addition to Federico Chiesa, Roma are preparing a bid for Riquelme who could depart Atletico in case of a convincing offer.
According to Spanish outlet AS, in the next few days the Giallorossi will present an official offer worth around €20 million for the Spanish winger; in addition to the player’s salary which will be close to double what he receives now (€620,000).
Atletico Madrid, however, continues to ask for more than €30 million given Riquelme’s release clause is worth €60 million.
