Frosinone sporting director Guido Angelozzi sounded off on Dean Huijsen’s decision to join Roma.
Having been engaged in talks with Huijsen and his entourage for a loan from Juventus until the remainder of the season, Frosinone were shocked once the Dutch defender decided to join Roma instead.
In an interview with DAZN, Angelozzi expressed his frustration with Huijsen’s decision prior to his team’s match against Monza.
“We want players who come here willingly. We want people that are convinced of our project,” said Angelozzi.
“Huijsen wanted to join us, and we would have satisfied all his needs. As a person, he disappointed me a great deal.”
