Galatasaray announced late-Friday that midfielder Steven Nzonzi, who is at the Turkish outfit on loan from Roma, was suspended due to unprofessional behavior after it was reported he walked-out on a training session.

Today, Gala manager Fatih Terim held a press conference and was asked about the situation of the Frenchman, who joined the Giallorossi from Sevilla in 2018.

“He did what he did and we made his decision,” he said.

”I can only tell you that his behavior was not just disrespectful to me, but also to all his teammates. Nobody has the right to do what he did”.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Nzonzi. Gala do have an option to extend Nzonzi’s loan and even make the move a permanent one, but after this latest episode — question marks are surrounding his future in Turkey.
