Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk admitted to his side’s pursuit of out-of-favor Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo in the presser following Galatasaray’s win over Trabzonspor earlier tonight.
“Zaniolo is a world class player,” Buruk told reporters. “I would like to have him in my team,” he added.
“When I was at Basaksehir he showed us his qualities in a match against us. I would like to see him in my team, but we will see what happens.”
Galatasaray are currently negotiating the fee for Zaniolo with Roma after having agreed to personal terms with the player and his entourage.
