Nicola Zalewski continues to be linked with a potential last minute move to Galatasaray.

Despite the player showing reluctance in accepting their proposal and raising his own wage demands, Galatasaray are still trying to convince him.

In fact, Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo writes that Turkish emissaries are still in the Italian capital, hoping to unlock the deal and bring the player to Istanbul by tonight as the Turkish transfer window is set to close later this evening.

In the meantime, Corriere dello Sport reports that Zalewski’s current salary demands are unrealistic: the player is asking for over 3 million euros.

Zalewski would have to lower his demands in order for the deal to go through in the next hours.

Otherwise, the player is at risk of being excluded from Roma’s first team.
