Galatasaray join race for Ola Solbakken

Ola Solbakken has had an agreement with Roma for the past few months now as the capital club continue to negotiate with Bodø/Glimt the necessary fee for the Norwegian attacker.

Bodø are hesitant in letting Solbakken go before the Champions League qualifiers and the relations between the two sides have deteriorated following the dispute in the first leg of the Conference League quarterfinals.

Recent reports from Turkey (SporArena) claim that Galatasaray have joined the race for Solbakken and are ready to offer €700,000 for the 23-year-old whose contract is set to expire in December later this year.

Roma hope to find an agreement with Bodø/Glimt soon, but the club are also considering signing Solbakken as a free agent in January 2023.
