Uruguayan fullback Matias Vina could be on the move in January after a disappointing spell in the Italian capital.
Vina – who was signed in the summer of 2021 as Leonardo Spinazzola’s replacement following the Italian’s injury in EURO 2020 – has only featured in seven matches across all competitions for Roma this season.
Most of his appearances came in this year’s Europa League campaign as one of the central defenders in the absence of Marash Kumbulla or Roger Ibanez.
However, Vina is reportedly not in Roma’s plans going forward and could leave the capital in the upcoming January window.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Vina is an objective for Turkish giants Galatasaray who had been interested in the 25-year-old already in the summer.
