Gerson not joining Genoa

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Roma’s Gerson will not be joining Genoa. Reportedly, talks between the clubs broke down after the Brazilian was close to accepting a switch to Il Grifone. The midfielder is not expected to remain with the Giallorossi, who will have to find another suitor.
