Premium Sport have reported that the transfer of Gerson to Lille is off.
The midfielder was unable to agree to terms with the French club and it now appears that the Brazilian will return to Trigoria. The reason for the failure of the transfer appears to be the father of Gerson asking for wages that the French club were unwilling to pay the youngster.
