Legendary Italian footballer Gianfranco Zola was asked about Paulo Dybala’s decision to stay at Roma.
Following the Argentine’s decision to turn down Al Qadsiah’s mega offer, Zola had nothing but praise for Roma’s star attacker.
“Dybala’s decision is like a fairytale, a wonderful story,” Zola told Corriere dello Sport.
“Dybala listened to his heart and not to his wallet. But I don’t want to judge, everyone is free to make their own choices. Certainly Paulo’s story is one of those that fills the hearts of those who love football.”
“De Rossi? I like Daniele a lot, he has ideas and personality. His team builds well from the back but needs to grow a lot,” he added.
“He has the possibility to do something special. De Rossi’s biggest challenge will be to make Soulé and Dybala, two champions, coexist.”
