Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini and vice-captain Gianluca Mancini were among the players to bid farewell to Jose Mourinho.
Following his sudden exit from the club with immediate effect – as announced by Roma themselves earlier today – Mourinho received plenty of thank you messages from Giallorossi players.
Pellegrini and Mancini also sent messages on Instagram, thanking Mourinho for his guidance in the last two and a half years in the capital.
“Thank you for all the emotions, boss,” wrote Pellegrini, whereas Mancini simply wrote, “THANK YOU.”
