Gini Wijnaldum frustrated with uncertain future, lack of playing time at Roma

Ex-Roma midfielder Gini Wijnaldum recently returned to PSG following his one-year-long loan spell at Roma.

The Dutchman was asked about his plans as the Giallorossi seem to have decided against signing him on a permanent deal.

In an interview with Algemeen Dagblad, Wijnaldum said, “This state of uncertainty is annoying, even for my family. Ideally, we would like some clarity about my future.”

“I need to see what options come up during the transfer period. I want to play because I haven’t played a lot in two years,” he added. “When you’re injured, you no longer feel part of the team.”
