Girona have responded to Roma’s latest proposal for Artem Dovbyk.
Negotiations are on between the two clubs who wish to find an agreement within the next few days.
Yesterday, Roma formulated an official bid of 30 million euros plus 5 million in bonuses.
Today, Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport writes that Girona declined their offer and asked Roma to make an extra effort in their next bid.
Th Spanish side are reportedly asking for 35 million euros plus 5 million in add-ons.
Roma are ready to make a second offer worth 32-33 million euros in fixed fee plus the remaining add-ons to meet Dovbyk’s original price tag of 40 million euros.
Dovbyk’s agents are at work to mediate negotiations and seal an agreement as soon as possible and remain optimistic about a positive conclusion to the deal.
