Gonzalo Villar’s move to Monza on stand-by

Gonzalo Villar’s move to Monza is reportedly on hold as there is still distance between Monza’s offer and the Giallorossi’s demands, reports Corriere dello Sport.

After being excluded from Roma’s preseason, the Spanish midfielder continued to train individually at Trigoria, waiting for his entourage to find him a new destination.

Monza came forward with an official proposal, which Roma were initially keen on.

However, the Italian newspaper claims that there are minor disagreements over the formula of loan with obligation to buy and the fees related to it.

Both clubs intend to carry the negotiations forward in order to solve their differences in the coming days.
