Spurs and England national team striker Harry Kane praised the growth of Roma’s Tammy Abraham following the youngster’s move to Italy last year.

Speaking ahead of this evening’s Nations League clash against Italy, Kane noted the improvement of the former Chelsea man since he moved abroad in August 2020.

“Serie A is an important league with great teams. Since Tammy’s joined Roma we’ve talked about it (Serie A) a bit. Also, he’s doing very well under José,” he told Sky.

“There’s excellent strikers in every league, Italy is no different. There’s guys like Immobile playing there.”

“The Premier League has some of the best in the world but the same goes for Serie A.”

England and Italy kick-off this evening at 18.45 CET at the San Siro.
