Former Roma attacker Henrikh Mkhitaryan will face Jose Mourinho’s men tonight for the first time as an opponent wearing Inter colors at the San Siro. The Armenian player sounded confident in the Nerazzurri’s ability to bounce back from their last defeat with Udinese.
“Tonight is a very important game,” he told Inter TV. “We want to win.”
“We know that Roma are very strong, even more so than last year. We prepared the match in the best possible way, after Udine we have to win by force, and have more confidence in our journey.”
“It is not important who plays tonight. Whoever plays must do it for the team, whoever is on the bench must be ready to make a difference when called into action.”
“Surely someone can make a mistake, but we are a team and we fight together.”
