Henrikh Mkhitaryan expected to miss 3 weeks due to muscle strain

Bad news for José Mourinho ahead of Roma’s tough final stretch of the season.

Following his exit in the second half at King Power Stadium, Henrikh Mkhitaryan is likely to miss several important games for the Giallorossi.

According to Sky Sport, the player underwent a series of tests this morning at Trigoria which revealed a muscle strain to his right leg.

Calciomercato.com adds that the player may as a result miss up to 3 weeks of action, with a potential return scheduled for the very last match-days near the end of May.
