Henrikh Mkhitaryan suffers muscle strain, likely out for return leg vs Leicester

Bad news for José Mourinho ahead of Roma’s final stretch of the season.

According to Sky Sport, Henrikh Mkhitaryan – who exited the game at King Power Stadium early in the second half – has reportedly suffered a muscle strain in his right leg.

If confirmed, the player will almost certainly miss the return leg at the Stadio Olimpico.

As a result of Mkhitaryan’s absence, Mourinho will have to find alternative solutions with either Sergio Oliveira or Jordan Veretout.
