Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar reportedly refused to join Roma earlier in January despite the clubs had found an agreement for his transfer.
According to RMC Sport, Roma have completed a deal for the permanent transfer of Houssem Aouar to strengthen Jose Mourinho’s midfield ahead of the second half of the season.
The French midfielder, however, ultimately decided against the destination and reiterated his preference to wait until free agency. Once a free agent in June, Aouar will consider offers from Italy, England and Spain.
