Houssem Aouar made his Roma debut in today’s friendly with Boreale.
The Algerian midfielder scored the final goal of the match to gift Roma a 4-0 win.
After the match, Aouar spoke to the media about his ambitions as a Roma player.
“It is an honour for me to wear the Roma jersey. I’m still working hard to be as fit as possible for this season,” he said.
“Mourinho? For me it’s an honour to play for him. He is a great coach, he can help me a lot. I’m ready for this new adventure.”
“I am a team player, I can play in many positions like Zidane, Iniesta and Totti. I want to become a great player like them.”
