Tonight’s Serie A fixture between Inter and Roma will mark Romelu Lukaku’s return to San Siro.
A crowd of 75,000 Nerazzurri fans is expected to attend the match with the objective of intimidating the former Inter attacker who joined Roma this past summer.
The build-up to this match largely focused on Inter’s Curva Nord and their plan of procuring over 30,000 whistles to distribute to the general audience and use them each time Lukaku touched the ball later tonight.
Moreover, earlier this morning, a new banner was displayed in the city center of Milan, targeting Lukaku.
“Filthy bastard. The city of Milan is waiting for you,” read the banner signed by the Curva Nord.
