With the international break starting today, Roma have already begun to actively pursue their targets for the January transfer window.
According to Flavio Tassotti of Teleradiostereo, Roma have set their sights on Benjamin Henrichs of RB Leipzig.
The full-back has reportedly asked the German side to be sold in the upcoming window given his scarce playing time under manager Jesse March.
General Manager Tiago Pinto has already initiated contact with Leipzig and Roma intermediaries are at work to bring the young German international to the Italian capital.
Henrichs wants more playing time in order to be called up for the World Cup in Qatar.
