Inter midfielder Kristjan Asllani – who completely a switch from Empoli to Simone Inzaghi’s side earlier in the summer – briefly previewed the upcoming Serie A engagement with Roma after the international break.
The Albanian player recognized the difficult stretch Inter find themselves in following a series of disappointing results that culminated in a 3-1 loss to Udinese.
“We have to think from game to game,” he told Tuttosport. “Now we are faced with a very difficult match against Roma, a strong team.”
“Let’s see what comes out of it, but we must play for three points,” he reaffirmed. “To do so we must only think about Roma. We have to be focused on Saturday’s game and forget everything else because it will be difficult.”
