Today, FIGC president Gabriele Gravina returned to discussing the topic of when football could resume in Italy while speaking to Rai Radio 1.

“It is a difficult time for the entire country and also for the world of football, but with everyone’s availability and common sense — I am sure that we will find the right path forward,” he said.

”For those who are today loudly calling for the cancellation or suspension of the season — I believe they don’t love football or Italians. They don’t want to give hope for the future and pick back up where we left off”.

”It’s a shame, but I’ll hold strong (on this issue) until the end”.
