Tonight, Juan Manuel Iturbe will arrive in Turin and tomorrow will undergo a medical with the Granata, reports Gianluca Di Marzio.
The operation between Roma and Torino closed on the basis of a free loan with an option to buy set at €12.5 million. Negotiations were unlocked after Torino decided to activate the option to buy clause on Iago Falque for €6 million ahead of schedule. Iturbe’s wages will be paid in full by Torino while Roma will receive a percentage of the future resale of Iturbe should the Granata make his move permanent. Roma are expecting the final documents regarding Iago Falque to arrive by morning, which will finalise the transaction.
After the departure of Iturbe and that of Salah for the African Cup of Nations, the first goal of the Giallorossi remains to be the replacement of the attacking pair. Jese of PSG and Charly Musonda remain the favorites while El Ghazi and Feghouli are alternatives.
The decisions on the market will come from both Rome and Miami as president James Pallotta and director Mauro Baldissoni will meet in the American city to discuss the stadium and the market.
