Roma manager Ivan Juric spoke to the club in the aftermath of the match with Monza.

The Croatian technician was asked about the team’s performance in his post-match interview with Roma TV.

“I think we played a great game, creating a lot and conceding little despite the goal we conceded,” said Juric.

“I want to congratulate the boys for their spirit. I saw a lot of good things. All that was missing was scoring goals out of the chances we created.”

“The team is clearly improving,” he added. “The level has risen despite the negative moment.”

“Games are always made of ups and downs. There are moments when you have to suffer and be more cynical and tough to bring home the result. “

“We must be more careful in the future and understand that scoring a goal is not enough to win the game.”
