Ex-Roma manager Jose Mourinho had high praise for the supporters of his former club.
The Portuguese technician, in fact, labelled Roma fans as the most loyal fanbase he’s ever encountered in his long-standing career.
Mourinho gave an interview to TNT Sports where he answered a series of questions, including ones about stadium atmosphere and attending fans.
“The stadium with the best atmosphere? Old Trafford is Old Trafford, the Bernabeu is the Bernabeu, San Siro is San Siro but for a team that is not used to winning, Roma fans are the most loyal.”
“The best trophy of my career? The last one, the Conference League with Roma,” he added.
