Roma head coach Jose Mourinho addressed the media in today’s press conference ahead of the highly anticipated Juventus showdown.

Early on, Mourinho shared an update on the status of Paulo Dybala for tomorrow.

“I do not know if Dybala will be able to start against Juventus. I haven’t decided yet and it’s something I will decide only when I get a chance to speak to him about it,” he said.

“Mancini is available. He was one of the best players in the win against Napoli and there is no doubt in my mind that he will start again tomorrow,” Mourinho added.

“Tomorrow will be extremely difficult. We know the kind of team that Juventus are with Allegri. Allegri is someone who aims for the result, that’s all that matters to him and I think that’s the most important thing in football. Juve know how to defend very well and it’s difficult to break them down.”

“They’re very good when counter-attacking, especially now that they get to play once a week. Juventus are a very strong team and you need lots of personality to beat them.”

“Renato Sanches? At the moment he’s a Roma player. I don’t have any information regarding a potential departure from our club. He’s living a complicated moment.”

“Sanches is doubtful for tomorrow. Kumbulla will certainly not play, but we have to see if he can travel with us.”

“Bonucci? I don’t want to comment on this out of respect. However, the fans are the heart of the club and when they don’t like something, I personally think you should not do it out of respect for them.”

“We have known our situation in defense for 6 months. Now we also have Cristante and Mancini within a booking of suspension. I promised myself to give everything I have regardless of the circumstances.”
