Following his summer holiday, Roma boss José Mourinho is en-route to the Italian capital to begin his team’s preparations for his second season with the club.
After leading the Giallorossi to their first European trophy and ending the club’s 14-year trophy drought, Mourinho is traveling from London to Rome as the capital club kick-off their preseason before the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
Mourinho and his staff will welcome Roma’s first team back on Tuesday with players undergoing preseason medical examinations and fitness tests.
They’ll spend the first week training at Trigoria before beginning their summer retreat in Algarve, Portugal from July 12th thru 24th.
The team will wrap-up the preseason on July 30th when they face Tottenham Hotspur at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Israel.
