Former Roma boss Jose Mourinho spoke for the first time since his sacking from Roma.
Mourinho agreed to release a few words to Football.com, a month after the Giallorossi made the decision to dismiss the Special One with immediate effect and replace him with De Rossi for the remainder of the season.
“I’ll be back” said Mourinho. “I won’t be there for the final stages of the season, not because I’ve been eliminated before, but because I’ve been “eliminated” by someone who has little knowledge of football.”
These words hint at the animosity between Mourinho and Roma owners, Dan and Ryan Friedkin, both of whom were responsible for confronting the Portuguese technician and communicating to him the decision of his dismissal.
