Justin Kluivert nearing permanent switch to OGC Nice

The future of Justin Kluivert – who is currently completing his loan spell in the South of France – may be cleared up once and for all in the coming weeks, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

According to the Italian newspaper, Kluivert’s time at Nice is proving to be relatively successful and the player is fulfilling several conditions that could soon trigger a clause in his contract to make the initial loan move a permanent one.

If that’s the case, the French side will pay the Giallorossi €14 million for the Dutch international. This in turn, will give the capital club a considerable boost in the summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old has scored 5 goals and collected 3 assists in 19 appearances across all competitions, with Nice’s coach Christophe Galtier appreciating his work rate.
