Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri addressed the media ahead of his team Champions League clash vs Zenit.
Allegri was asked about the complaints directed toward referee Daniele Orsato for his heavily criticized display in Juventus-Roma on Sunday.
“Complaining about the referee is very Italian. It’s part of Italy and of the Italian way of thinking.”
He added:
“I have already spoken about this Sunday but let me say this: each one of us every Sunday would have something to complain about.”
“There is a generational change among Italian referees, they are good, they are supported by the VAR, the designator has also changed. We have to give them time and make them make fewer mistakes.”
