Juve evaluating Nicolo Zaniolo, Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi as potential reinforcements

John Solano

Juventus want to make a splash on the transfer market this summer and are reportedly eyeing Roma’s Nicolò Zaniolo.

Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport reports the Bianconeri are evaluating several high-profile players as potential reinforcements for the upcoming transfer window. In addition to Zaniolo, the club also have their sights set on Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi and Filip Kostić of Eintracht Frankfurt.

Juventus have already been in talks with free agent Angel Di Maria, though, there’s been little progress in the negotiations. The two sides will meet next again next week to see if they can make a breakthrough.

As for Zaniolo, the attacker has drawn considerable interest on the transfer market from clubs both in Italy and abroad. However, he still has two years remaining on his deal with the Giallorossi, who consider him an important piece to their project.
