Juve, Pirlo: “I need a striker as soon as possible”.

Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo was interviewed by Sky Sport today and discussed the Bianconeri’s striker situation following his side’s friendly victory over Novara.

Juve have been heavily linked with a move for Roma’s Edin Dzeko and Barcelona’s Luis Suarez, however, they have yet to complete a deal for either.

“A striker? Yes, I need one as soon as possible, but the transfer market is long and there’s still time,” said Pirlo.

Roma’s Bosnian striker is said to be the number one priority for Pirlo, but the Giallorossi will only allow him to leave once they secure a deal for Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik, which has yet to happen.
