RomaPress – Juventus have officially sacked manager Maurizio Sarri and sporting director Fabio Paratici could be next.
The 48 year-old, who could leave the Bianconeri in the coming hours, is near the top of the wishlist of Friedkin to become the new sporting director at Roma. Paratici has a very strong relationship with Roma CEO Guido Fienga, who is likely to remain at the club once Friedkin’s takeover becomes official.
Paratici along with former Roma defender Nicolas Burdisso are among the favorites to takeover the post of sporting director following the departure of Gianluca Petrachi, whose return remains a possibility.
Friedkin has already started to plan who will be in their management team once their takeover is made official on 17 August.
