Juventus coach Max Allegri responds to Zaniolo-Juve rumors

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri was asked earlier today about the rumors circling around the Italian capital of a potential transfer of young attacker Nicolo Zaniolo to Turin in the summer.

The ex-Milan boss was quick to dismiss these links during his press conference ahead of Juventus-Hellas Verona.

“The market just ended and you’re already thinking about June,” said Allegri. “First we have to think about the pitch, the market comes later.”

More on Zaniolo specifically:

“It makes no sense to talk about Zaniolo, he belongs to another team and the January window just ended.”
