Juventus and Roma could soon open talks for the transfer of Federico Chiesa.
According to the latest reports in Italian media, the ex-Fiorentina winger is open to the opportunity of playing for the Giallorossi this upcoming season.
The final rift with Juventus (his shirt was also removed from the online store) has caused his valuation to drop further: now the Bianconeri can also accept an offer of 15 million.
The problem remains the salary. The Friedkins have definitely changed course by letting players with high salaries leave.
The signing of Chiesa would go against this new policy as the Italian winger currently earns 5 million plus bonuses. The negotiation will not be simple but there is a glimmer of hope.
According to calciomercato.com, after excluding Chiesa, Thiago Motta has asked Juventus for two attacking wingers. One is Galeno from Porto, while the other could be El Shaarawy.
Motta is very keen on Roma’s attacker who could be part of the negotiations for Chiesa.
