Dean Huijsen’s recent heroics have led Juventus to further raise their asking price for the Dutch defender.
In recent weeks, Huijsen has managed to impress Roma as well as the rest of Serie A through a series of confident and strong performances.
Whenever called into action, the 18-year-old delivered convincing turns, culminating with a long-distance wonder goal against Frosinone on Sunday night.
Roma – who signed Huijsen on a dry loan from Juventus – are said to be already making moves in order to get the youngster on a permanent deal.
According to calciomercato.com, the Giallorossi are planning to initiate talks with Juve – however, the mission to secure Huijsen’s long-term future will not be easy as Juventus are said to be currently asking for €30 million; a considerable increase from the initially rumored pricetag of €15 million.
