Roma flew to Portugal yesterday where Mourinho and his men will continue training and are scheduled to participate in a series of friendlies.
In the meantime, the Giallorossi are trying to resolve the situation around Karsdorp’s falling out with the Special One.
Despite having been linked with an exit from the capital over the past few weeks, Karsdorp is reportedly intent on mending his rapport with Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho, on the other hand, will be closely monitoring the defender’s attitude and behaviour during Roma’s stay in Portugal, reports Corriere dello Sport.
If Mourinho were to declare himself happy with the Dutchman’s display in training camp, Karsdorp’s transfer will be postponed until June in the absence of convincing offers.
