Karsdorp returns to training with the group

Following the muscle injury suffered in the Giallorossi’s opening clash against Hellas Verona, Rick Karsdorp returned to training today.

The Dutchman has been out for the last few weeks due to the injury, but now he is ready to return to the pitch and could even be available for Thursday’s Europa League clash against Young Boys.

Meanwhile, Roma will remain in isolation at their training center, Trigoria, until Wednesday when they depart for Bern.

The club was forced to go into quarantine following the positive COVID-19 test of youngster Riccardo Calafiori, who became the second player within the week to test positive for the virus.
